Saribar is a quiet village, but its silence hid a shortage of teachers. To fill the gap, KRSF assigned a supplemental teacher\u2014Iswarbhai. At first, the placement seemed routine. It took only a short while to understand that nothing about him was ordinary.<\/p>\n

When the school day ends, most teachers close their registers. Iswarbhai does the opposite\u2014he opens new worlds for children who struggled even to identify letters. He holds their hands, steadying their fingers, guiding them into the landscape of words. He breaks down mathematical problems with such clarity that lessons feel like play.<\/p>\n

His work shifts further the moment he notices the children\u2019s basic needs\u2014needs others overlook.<\/p>\n

No barber in the village.
\nHe cuts the children\u2019s hair himself.<\/p>\n

A child comes unwashed.
\nHe bathes the child, teaching hygiene without embarrassment.<\/p>\n

The school\u2019s wiring fails.
\nHe becomes the electrician, climbs up, and repairs it.<\/p>\n

One person, countless roles. None performed for recognition. His only driving force: the children must learn, must advance.<\/p>\n

He formed volleyball teams for boys and girls. He trained them, taught them teamwork, taught them how to win, how to lose, and how to stand again. He understood that sport sharpens the mind as much as the body and that life mirrors the rhythm of any game.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
