With limited means but firm resolve, it has been striving to bring hope and opportunity to Adivasi families.<br data-end=\"441\" data-start=\"438\" \/><br \/>\nYet, like many small grassroots organisations, it struggled with long-term planning, systematic processes, and a clear division of roles.<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"1056\" data-start=\"580\">The Dr. K. R. Shroff Foundation began supporting Jan Kalyan Charitable Trust by strengthening its administrative capacity and providing financial backing to expand its work. Regular monthly performance reviews are now conducted. Responsibilities are clearly defined for each member. Every person understands how their work contributes to the larger purpose. Accountability has increased. Teamwork has deepened. Each member can measure, refine, and elevate their contributions.<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"1125\" data-start=\"1058\">The trust\u2019s founder, <strong data-end=\"1103\" data-start=\"1079\">Gautambhai Chaudhary<\/strong>, speaks with emotion:<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"1697\" data-start=\"1127\">\u201cToday, we support the education of the poorest children in Dang. Our goal is to ensure children continue their schooling and are not withdrawn when families migrate for labour. We also provide interest-free loans to more than fifty families who otherwise leave their villages. We support them in cattle-rearing, vermicompost production, and organic farming so they can stay in their homes. Their monthly income has grown by seven to ten thousand rupees.
